What needs to become
easier to find, trust
and choose?

Give us the context, not a polished brief. A market, product, location or recurring buyer question is enough to begin.

For European companies

Start with the question
buyers actually ask.

Tell us the market, product, place or category you need to be known for; the audiences involved; the countries that matter; and any evidence or governance constraints. We will respond with the appropriate next step—an audit, a focused working session or a defined programme.

We work with European companies that need a serious, reviewable approach to AI search visibility across their relevant markets.

No ranking promises. A clear next conversation.

Context beats
a polished brief.

The most useful first message is short and specific: one product, market or recurring buyer question, and what currently gets in the way.

If you have them to hand, four things make the first reply materially better. The decision you want to influence — what someone is choosing between when your brand should appear. The markets and languages that matter commercially, which is rarely the same as everywhere you operate. The evidence you can already stand behind: product data, clinical or technical documentation, expertise, results you are permitted to publish. And the constraints: legal review, approved claims, regulated audiences, a CMS you cannot change this year.

You do not need a strategy document, an internal audit or a budget figure to start. If any of the above is unclear, that in itself is usually the first piece of work.

A person reads it.
Then we reply.

There is no automated sales sequence attached to this form and no mailing list behind it. A person reads the context and comes back with the next step that actually fits: an audit if the picture is unclear, a focused working session if the internal question is scope or sequencing, or a defined programme if the direction is already agreed.

Where we are not the right partner, we say so and explain why. That happens most often when the real constraint is a product, pricing or site problem that no visibility work can compensate for — and it is more useful to hear that in the first conversation than in month three.

Enquiries arrive by email only. We do not use the form to enrich, profile or resell contact data, and the details submitted are used to answer the enquiry and nothing else. The data-protection section of the legal notice sets that out in full.

Do you work with agencies as well as brands?

Yes. A share of the work is white-label or in partnership with an existing search, content or brand agency that wants an evidence-led answer-visibility capability without building one internally.

Is there a minimum engagement?

There is no fixed floor, but there is a practical one: an engagement has to be large enough to establish a baseline, act on it and re-measure. Below that it produces an opinion rather than evidence.

Can you audit us before we commit to anything?

An audit is itself a scoped engagement — it takes a defined prompt panel, structured capture and analysis time, so it is not a free pre-sales exercise. What is free is the conversation about whether an audit is the right starting point at all.

We are not in Europe. Does that rule us out?

Not necessarily, but our source knowledge, language coverage and regulatory familiarity are European. If the markets you need visibility in sit outside that, we will tell you where our judgement stops being useful.
