Explore ↗02 / What is actually controllable
Influence the sources,
not the model.
No agency, ours included, can guarantee a mention, a citation or a position in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini or Copilot. The output of a closed model is not a ranking that anyone can buy or reverse-engineer with certainty, and any provider who tells you otherwise is describing something they cannot deliver.
What is controllable is the input: whether your evidence exists, whether it is accurate, whether it can be crawled and rendered, whether entities are unambiguous, and whether independent sources corroborate what you say about yourself. Improve those and you improve the probability of accurate representation. That is the honest shape of the work.
The platform pages exist because the surfaces do differ in useful ways — in how visibly they cite, in how much they lean on the wider web versus a single index, and in the kind of question people bring to them. Those differences change emphasis and measurement. They do not create five separate content channels.
03 / How platform work is measured
A panel, repeated,
with the sources recorded.
For each platform we fix the questions, the country, the language and the repeat protocol before collecting anything. Each run records the full answer, whether the brand is mentioned, cited or recommended, which sources appear to be influencing it, and any factual error worth correcting.
Re-running the same panel is what turns anecdote into evidence. A single screenshot proves nothing: these systems vary between runs, between accounts and between days. Movement only means something against a method that stayed still.
04 / Common questions
Can you get us into ChatGPT?
Not as a purchase or a guarantee. We can make the public evidence about your brand accurate, retrievable and corroborated, and we can measure how representation changes over a defined panel. Anything stronger than that would be a claim about a system nobody outside the model owner controls.
Should we build different content for each platform?
Almost never. The same well-evidenced source system serves all of them. What differs is which questions we sample, how citation behaviour is read and where corroborating sources matter most.
These platforms change constantly. Does the work go stale?
The tactics do; the foundations do not. Accurate entities, substantiated claims, retrievable evidence and useful pages have survived every ranking and answer system so far. We build for that and treat platform specifics as the volatile layer.
