Written to be used
before you buy.
Start with what GEO is if the term is still doing too much work in your organisation, and with GEO vs SEO if the internal argument is about whether this replaces existing search investment. It does not.
If the question is operational, the LLM visibility audit checklist sets out what a defensible audit contains — the prompt register, the capture protocol, the source coding and the action register — so you can judge any proposal, ours included, against it. How to measure brand visibility in LLMs covers the same ground from the reporting side.
The market guides for ecommerce, real estate and hotels go further into a specific evidence model, including the failure modes we see most often in each.
03 / What these guides will not do
No tactics that
expire in a quarter.
You will not find prompt tricks, claimed ranking factors for closed models, or invented benchmark numbers. Where something is genuinely unknown — and a great deal about how these systems select sources is unknown — the guides say so and explain what to do in the absence of certainty.
Each guide links to the primary source it relies on, so you can check the platform documentation yourself and see when it was last updated. That is the same standard we ask clients to hold their own content to.
04 / Common questions
Are these gated?
No. There is no download wall, no email capture and no drip sequence attached to them. If a guide is useful, it should be useful without a transaction.
How current are they?
They are maintained against the primary platform documentation they cite, and each carries the date it was last reviewed. Where a platform has changed something material, the guide changes with it.
Can we reuse this internally?
Yes — brief your team with it, argue with it, take it into a supplier evaluation. We would rather work with a client who has already formed a view than one buying a category they have not examined.
