This Legal Notice governs access to, navigation of and use of the website, as well as responsibilities arising from its content and services. Accessing the website gives the visitor the status of user and implies acceptance of the provisions applicable at the time of access.

Code Barcelona is responsible for the personal data submitted through the contact form. The form may collect a name, company, professional email address, website, priority market, project need and the context voluntarily provided by the user.
The data is used solely to review the enquiry, respond to it and, where requested, take steps towards a possible professional relationship. It is not added to a marketing list through this form. Processing is based on the user’s request, the associated pre-contractual steps and the consent expressly given when submitting the form.
Data will be retained for the time necessary to manage the enquiry and any responsibilities arising from it. It will not be sold or shared for independent marketing purposes. It may be processed by hosting, email or technical providers acting on the Owner’s instructions, or disclosed where required by law.
Users may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, where applicable, by writing to info@code.barcelona. They may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.
